Job Summary
- We are seeking a Executive Assistant to join our team and perform a variety of administrative, organizational and managerial duties.
Responsibilities
- Act as administrative assistant
- Manage the executive's calendar
- Perform bookkeeping tasks
- Oversee the daily operations of the medical practice
- Hire, train, and supervise staff
- Order products and maintain inventory
Qualifications
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior executive assistant or managerial experience
- Preference will be given to candidates interested in a long-term employment
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and managerial skills
- Computer literate (PC and Mac)
- Punctual
- Professional appearance, conduct and work-ethics
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
